Women's Day

On the 6th of August 2021 (Friday) we at Whestone Primary School celebrated Women’s Day by holding a special assembly. The principal, acting deputy principal, management, educators and learners were treated to a special Women’s Day programme.

There were a variety of items ranging from motivational talks, dances performances, skits, poems, presentations of gifts to all women at school, lucky prizes and a scrumptious meal.

A big thank you to Mrs. K Naidoo and Ms. S.P. Makhoabane for hosting the memorable event. Special thanks and appreciation to our principal, Mrs. V. Pillay, who is so passionate about women’s liberation. Thank you to our generous sponsors. To all the women out there, keep up with your courage, fortitude and vision.
